Corporate refuses to adequately staff the pharmacy department so you'll never be able to speak to anyone on the phone or have important prescriptions filled in a timely matter. This is absolutely not the fault of the staff who will do everything they can for you!

Simply awful. My friend yesterday was picking medicine for his girlfriend and the pharmacist made fun of him for mumbling while he talks and then made a nasty comment saying “is your girlfriend a 5 year old” which is way too inappropriate on so many levels. Simply unprofessional and nasty people. Apparently if you need pharmaceutical advice at Lawton’s you have to be fine with them making fun of you first.
