Exceedingly worth running the gauntlet through industrial sector. The very friendly and knowledgeable owner took time from busy beginning bee season to answer my question about how to prevent honey crystallization. Truly exquisite honey!! Mild floral blend, with the barest hints of mint and sage. Tastes of the very best that this Hamilton Burlington Carolinian terrain offers.

Best darn honey I've ever tasted! They're friendly, and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety, with much different tastes. I'm going to keep trying them all. You pay a bit more, but it's well worth the extra, if you like honey that is.

Great staff who were super helpful regarding my beekeeping equipment needs as someone just starting out. Great prices, clean shop, and as far as local, raw and organic honey goes; excellent options! You have to try the root beer honey before it sells out!

Had a great time! Luc is welcoming, knowledgeable and engaging. The bees were gentle and we were able to witness baby bees being born. He even gave us a tour of the building prior to our rooftop beekeeping experience, showcasing the art of various Hamilton artists.

Did the beehive rooftop tour with my dad and absolutely loved it! Luc was super knowledgeable, we learned a lot but also enjoyed just being able to see bees interact calmly with each other. The honey was delicious! Overall a wonderful afternoon, highly recommend for locals and visitors to Hamilton.
