Macdonalds Pharmacy is your typical drug supplier with the benefit of friendly staff and relatively quick service. They recently expended the shop and now also have other medical items for the elderly or those suffering from physical ailments as well. They seem to be trying to make it into more of a one stop shop, which is pretty cool.

This place is amazing, the woman that helped me took like 15 minutes explaining how to do a subc injection, and a second person even came over to help explain. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything went okay. Plus they are saving me like $200 a month compared to what I was paying before. Their are so friendly and helpful, love them!

Didn't have a good experience with this pharmacy. They overcharged me & are unwilling to accommodate the needs of disabled people.I require delivery due to chronic illness. They were delivering my prescriptions between 8:30-9pm.I asked for earlier delivery because this was too late for me and was exacerbating my insomnia. They said they have no control over delivery times. My next two deliveries arrived even later just before 9:30pm.I changed pharmacies and found that they were also grossly over charging me! One prescription I have cost $146 here and $71 at another pharmacy. Same medication, dose, and quantity... I double checked. That's a massive difference & I feel robbed.

I ordered refills last Thursday to pick up on Saturday. I came Saturday and they weren't ready. I was on my break at work and didn't have time to wait, so I told them I would come back the next week. I came back five days later and they still didn't have my prescriptions ready.This is not the only time I've given plenty of notice that I need to pick up refills only to have them not be ready. When I started using this pharmacy, I knew they were busy, but I thought that by always giving plenty of notice for refills, I would be able to count on them to have my medications ready when I need them. Unfortunateley, no.I asked today if there was a better way to do things so I can make sure my prescriptions will be ready when I need them. The pharmacist suggested I ask them to call me to let me know they're ready. This doesn't seem like a solution - when they do call, it's typically only an hour or so before I need to pick them up. If they don't call, it's too late for me to do anything about - I'm basically in the same situation as if I come to the pharmacy and they don't have my medication ready.Months ago, I had questions about a new medication. The pharmacist told me he would do some research and then give me a call, as it's not a common medication. No one called.This is a busy pharmacy - apparently too busy for individual patients to matter.

I were to get prescribed medicine which was blood thinner Eliquis and paid when I got Eliquis first time. Next visit, it was suggested by pharmacist to go for genetic because it is cheaper. No problem with that so I got the genetics. I decided to go to another pharmacy close to work and they told me it is the same price between Eliquis and genetics and they are all covered by my insurance. Not sure what I paid first time and mis-leading information about genetic being cheaper. Compare to waiting time also, it was just a snap to get Eliquis but in here, I waited 30 minutes.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for years & am so impressed with the service, from call backs to renewals to delivery to on line ordering, it’s all been great. Plus the depth of knowledge & helpfulness of staff is a rare treat. I highly recommend them & they deliver for free!

Best pharmacy experience I've ever had, and I continue to use them after 2 years of regular refills. And they do compounding I can't find at many other pharmacies.The staff here are exceptionally professional, they are willing to explain things in more depth than any G.P. I've had in the lower mainland, and they don't use the outdated and obnoxious honorifics like sir/mam and Mr./Mrs.They go above and beyond to help me sort out issues with insurance, they respond in a timely manner to emails and online refill requests, and the delivery option is free for their service area and very cheap outside in the nearby GVA.

It's a clean and nice pharmacy, but I've had issues with the way they bill. It's always quite a bit more than other pharmacies. I think they need to get better at utilizing the insurance, and not overcharge the customers.

Used to provide great customer service. However, when I went to fill my topical prescription recently, I was informed that I had to pay for it in advance without any explanation. I have never had to pay in advance in the 15+ years of filling this prescription. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked how long it would take & why I must pay in advance. A very rude young woman with dyed lavender hair screamed out, There are people ahead of you!" and promptly ignored me again. I found this woman very unprofessional & rude. The longtime pharmacist promptly came over & explained why I had to prepay. I informed him
