Wow! Sometimes people discount franchise businesses but that’s silly.I sat at the bar and Ksenia had a drink to me and my happy hour snack in literally under 5 minutes. It’s a busy Friday on the first sunny day in a while so I anticipated a wait. The service here is incredible!!!

Cactus Club Cafe
We went to the Cactus Club in Victoria today and didn't have a reservation so we were allowed to sit at the bar. All employees were very friendly. It was so interesting to see the bartenders work. There was a lot to do and everyone was very diligent and well organized. Even though it was busy they always had a smile for the guests. The food was delicious, see for yourself. Thank you for being served so courteously.

Cactus Club Cafe
Cactus club has long been a favorite place of mine. The food is good and the service is great. Usually if a night out is in order I always suggest cactus club.But recently I had a night at Cactus club that did not turn out well. My friend and I went there and ordered off their Sunday special menu.After staying there for a while and having a switch of servers along the way, it was time to pay. Neither me nor my friend are stingy but we did both check our bill. My friend found out that not one but two of her orders had been overcharged. A drink that was supposed to be $5 on their special menu rang in at $8, and another drink was charged several dollars over what was stated on the menu. This also meant the liquor tax was affected tooWe brought that to the attention of our server and she immediately blamed the previous server for the mistake- stating that she was not the one who rang those items in. This server then called over her manager, who said she was going to take care of those couple dollars" for us

The food was absolutely amazing, especially the delicious Avocado salad. I tried Baja Fish Tacos for they very first time and it was a little spicy but incredibly delicious.Everything was perfect.

Cactus Club Cafe
Came here with my partner during happy hour, we were really happy with the happy hour menu. The prices were reasonable for what we ordered and the service was great! We ordered theblackened creole chicken, it was delicious. We loved the mashed potatoes that came with it. We also got the tuna poke bowl, it was fresh and all the ingredients worked super well together. Excited to come again!

First off, Nicci our server was awesome. The drinks, appys and dinner was amazing.Thank for a nice evening to help celebrate our 29th anniversary. When making our reservations it asked if it was a special occasion l, and it was put in that it was our anniversary, so we were bit disappointed that there was no mention of it.

Cactus Club Cafe
We celebrated my friend's birthday at Cactus. Our waiter was very friendly and patient, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere in the store is great and it's perfect for a small drink with friends. The food was delicious and we shared several dishes, but we loved Tuna Tatar the most.
