Terrible customer service. Considering the price and the amount of money I’ve spent there I would have hoped for better. Won’t be shopping there anymore.

The Associate Manager and Manager are incredible, they answered all the questions I had and were able to resolve the issue. Couldn’t have asked for a better interaction with the staff, they were so helpful even while being very busy.

Terrible people with terrible services . Rude management and manager have no sense to talk and deal the customer. Really annoying . Never going back again .

Wonderful, wonderful service!I went to this location to purchase a promise ring for my girlfriend. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mags. Not only was she kind, helpful, and informative, she was just as excited about the gift as I was! I’m a very indecisive person, and I was really struggling to make a choice between two rings, she kindly offered her opinions on both of them, even recommending the cheaper ring because she genuinely thought it was a better fit. I even told her I wanted to go check out a few other stores before I committed to purchasing a ring from them, and she was so supportive. She put the two rings on hold for me in case I decided to come back, and honestly, I didn’t even want to look at other places after my experience. I obviously ended up coming back, and she was patient with me while I asked my questions and helped me out as much as she could with the price because she knew I was on a budget. She even called me before I left the mall because she had forgotten to give me my letter of authenticity. As long as this location has Mags, i will recommend it to anyone. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy. Friendly, kind, personable, and informative service.THANK YOU MAGS!!

I wouldn't recommend this jewler" because employees dont know anything about gold silver diamonds etc. ... very slow with computers and any paper work (dropped a gold chain off for cleaning and had to wait an hour for them to find my account and 8 days to get a $200 quote for cleaning.) ive bought an engagement ring and 2 gold chains from them Make sure you check other jewlers before buying from here. Customer service is terrible and Mark up is almost 50% more when compared to online jewlers and other jewlers around the city. I feel so stupid for buying from michael hill its very low quality

Arti is the worst! She tricks foreigners into getting Flexity Credit Card and ruins their credit scores! This impacts their ability to find apartments and get loans. Do not go to the east Indian lady! She smells too..

TL;DR Michael Hill was rude and difficult every step of the way. They did a horrible job sizing my ring and effectively ruined it. Go anywhere else!!My SO gave me a Pandora ring as a gift for Valentines day. I wore it a couple days before deciding it was a little bit too big. We went to Pandora to see if they had a smaller size, but this ring was only available in select sizes, and the next size down was too small. Pandora suggested we get it sized at Micheal Hill.The girl who processed our drop off was disorganized and I had to keep correcting her on what size it was being sized to and from.I picked it up two weeks later (I had no idea sizing took that long?) and the woman at the desk wasn't sure how much I should pay because she thought the ring was white gold even though I kept telling her it was silver. I told her it was from Pandora and she said that it was not! Even though I had the receipt!I laughed it off and took the ring home without looking that closely at the sizing work. When I got home I got into the shower and suddenly it had turned my finger green on the side of he band that had been sized. It didn't do this before sizing, and other Pandora jewelry I currently wear has never done that. The part of the band that had been sized looked grungy and scratched.I went back to the store a couple days later to talk to them and hopefully get my money back. The woman at the store initially seemed very concerned, until learning the ring was from Pandora. Then she just laughed and said that's what poor quality" jewelry does. I told her it hadn't turned my finger green before sizing which she ignored. She polished my ring in the back

Stopped in this weekend when I was in Saskatoon. Was looking for a dainty everyday wear necklace. I can’t remember the workers name but she was very sweet and helped me find the perfect one.

Bought a very nice chronograph watch from them, unfortunately was sold a watch that I presume had a dead battery. (Store was very busy and it was my first time buying a watch) Came back to the shop a month later and explained my situation (I live 5 hours away) and they offered a brand new replacement free of charge. The manager was very helpful, will continue doing business with them!

I usually enjoy coming in every 6 months for my ring inspection as I always get them cleaned and leave feeling like I have a brand new set of rings.. however this last time the customer service was less than adequate. It seemed as though I was an inconvenience getting my rings cleaned even though it's supposed to be a free service offerd to customers and the store wasn't busy at the time. I don't believe my rings were actually cleaned either so that was disappointing...
