Called Mr Appliance on Monday morning as our dishwasher was not working. Logan arrived the next day and diagnosed the problem and told me a part had to be ordered. He said the part would arrive Thursday or Friday. We got a call on Wednesday from the office and said the part had arrived and they could come today. Logan came and installed the part. Before leaving he gave me tips on how to prolong the life of the dishwasher. Will definately call Mr. Appliance if we have any other appliance repairs.

DAN .C was friendly polite and went above and beyond his job description, even letting my dog in and out while i was busy working. He gave me helpful tips i had never been informed of before and did a great job!! clean officiant and very professional.great job!!!

Dan did an excellent job of diagnosing our loss of power issue. Ended up being a frayed wire which he was able to splice back together. We will use Mr. Appliance again if the need arises.
