Excellent service here.I feel confident that my material and tools are protected, secure, and safe.Judie, Arlene and of course MC have always been professional and friendly, and I feel very welcome when I need office services.Impressive!!!

I am quite pleased with the setup and service I received when I arrived and since then it has always been self-serve -- just what I wished. Access is easy, the facility seems secure, and I foresee no problems.

I recommend going in to the office. All the calls get sent to a call center in the US and you'll have to go in to get keys anyway. Controlled entry via coded key pad so it's as secure as possible. Would have gotten 5 stars if calls weren't sent out of the country. Staff in the office are fantastic and the 2nd month of storage is free with quite competitive pricing. Highly recommend this company.

Mini Mall Storage at this location was effective for our temporary needs.Arlene was the on site staff member who assisted us completely. Her bubbly personality and efficient manner helped make the process much easier. She spent time showing us the various units to ensure we rented the correct one to suit our needs, and helped us breeze through the paperwork efficiently. Judi assisted us efficiently over the months as we were out of country with continued payments and inquiries with the same great personality making the process enjoyable and stress free. It is wonderful in this day and age of non customer service to interact with staff members, such as Arlene and Judi who cares and deliver great customer service to the clients engaging their business.

Arlene & Judie are so helpful! We are glad that we met them, they made the process easy and stress free! They are patient in showing the available storage that will work for us.And we even met the manager Konstantinos, he is humble and great guy! I highly recommend this place. If there an option to give more than 5 star we would.

Had a unit at this location for just over two years and feel bad having to clean it out. Arlene Judy and Mc have always been so helpful. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend this place if anyone is looking for a storage unit.

I have been using this facility for storage for over 10 years. Always been pleased with the experience.Especially since the new ownership of a couple years ago. All the staff are professional, knowlegeable, and unfailingly friendly. I especially have enjoyed dealing with Arlene, always smiling, friendly, and she remembers my name and unit#! I could pay online, but I usually come in person just to see Arlene once in awhile, she always brightens my day!

I'm likely going to loose everything I own in the world because the manager lied to me! I called b4 payment was due and informed the mngr that I just had a death in my family and had to go to bc and made arrangements to pay on the 16th..today and when I called to make payment they inform me that they are charging me an additional 70. I don't have..I borrowed the 180 for the storage payment as it is..but they won't accept 180 and refuse me to get anything out of storage..all my kids photo..my dad's ashes..absolutely everything important and sentimental..I just buried one of my boys only to come home and find out I will now loose all his baby pictures and all our memories..I will NEVER AGAIN TRUST A STORAGE PLACE TO TAKE CARE OF MY MOST VALUED ASSETS...THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO HEART.AND THEY ALL FAKE.ACT ALL NICE AND SWEET WHEN YOU FIRST GET THERE..THEN THEN.START TAKING ON MORE TO YOUR BILL AND THEN STEAL EVERYTHING FRIM YOU! MY UNIT WENT FROM $66/MONTH TO 180 AND NOW THEY CHARGING ME 250 ...70 EXTRA BECAUSE I HAD TO BURRY MY SON AND ASKED THE MANAGER FOR A 2 WEEK GRACE PERIOD..HORRIBLE HEARTLESS AND HIGHWAY ROBBERY not to mention the fact that a few months back when I lost my key they charged me $50 just to lend me their bolt cutters for 2 minutes...GREEDY AND LIERS
