Visited Dr.Lui with my husband, we arrived 30 minutes early for his appt and they were able to take us in right away. Dr.Lui was very professional and completed the examination in a timely manner. We travelled a long way to Oakville to visit Dr.Lui after doing research about all panel physicians and checking the ratings. Very satisfied with this experience. Highly recommend it!

My family and I have been to Dr. Lui's office for three medical exams. Dr. Lui is very professional and trustworthy. The lady at the front desk is also amazing. The overall service is more than 5 stars.

Terrible clinic. Complicated-process to make an online appointment. It feels like you are going to USA border officer. A greedy management, if you want a copy of ur medical or CIC requested any additional test you will have to pay. Not recommended at all..

The process for immigration medical examinations went very smoothly and was very simple. The administrative staff is so patient! Mary was extremely helpful and patient with us!

Dont recommend it for immigration medical exams. So many emails back and forth asking for more information after all the tests are done and we left. Wish Dr was more clear about what he needs when we were there. Also cic came back and asked for some tests to be redone because they were unclear so we had to pay again but went to a different dr with a better experience

I went to the clinic for the IRCC Medical exam and had a very pleasant experience there. Dr. Lui is one of the most knowledgeable and attentive doctors I’ve ever met, who put patients first. The staffs are friendly, patient and helpful, you can tell they are very experienced on handling medical exam documentation. My results were processed very promptly and I got the notifications from IRCC very quickly. I’m so glad I went to their clinic, wouldn’t have picked anywhere else.
