We had hardwood installed in our master bedroom and walk-in closet. We also ordered a piece of carpet to be made into an area rug. The entire experience was great. During my visits to the store, I found everyone to be helpful and really easy to work with.The installers did a fantastic job. Very professional and detail oriented. We were especially impressed with the work done in the confined space of the closet. There were many cuts to be made and the installer was meticulous.All in all, it was a very stress free experience with excellent results!

We have had such a great experience with Bystons over serval years. Staff is very friendly and professional. Steve, the tile installer, did such an amazing job installing some rather difficult tiles. Our house was built in the '70s and has many uneven floors. Steve did such an incredible job getting the tiles level and straight, despite the uneven floors. Thanks to one and all at Bystons!

Chad was very knowledgeable & helped us find the perfect carpet to use as a runner on our three sets of stairs. If I write a review, I always wait an appropriate amount of time to fully evaluate the work. We had our old hardwood flooring removed and replaced with new flooring. The installers from Bryston did an EXCELLENT job. They showed up on time every day and re and re'd the flooring with a can do" attitude. Having done the final trim work myself I've had a chance to closely evaluate the finished product. I can find no faulty workmanship after a month of living with the flooring and the finished job looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Bryston if you are looking for hardwood flooring!"

We are beyond thrilled with the fantastic job Bryston did for our home! After a fire we had to rebuild the entire inside of our house and we hired Bryston to help us. They did all our carpet, kitchen flooring, bathroom floors, showers/tub surround...and the most beautiful backsplash for my very large chefs kitchen. They left our home clean, beautiful and have to say again how stunning our kitchen backsplash is! Great people, great local family owned company! Bryston Flooring came and replaced the carpet from our main floor to hardwood - with fantastic results!!!! The installers Kyle, Erin, & Will were great, friendly, and professional. They practiced proper Health & Safety protocols the entire time. We definitely recommend them to anyone and we will reach out to Bryston for future projects!!

Consummate professionals from the get-go. Bryston's staff explained all the details, pros and cons of various scenarios to ensure we were all on the same page. Installers completed in a timely manner and when finished ensured that I was happy with the job before departing. Definitely distance themselves above many of their competitors with the level of knowledge, communication and service. Recommended!

We had Bryston Flooring tile the main bathroom of our new home. Customer service at the store was exceptional, and they even put up with our three little ones playing on their carpets! They scheduled the job quickly but we had some issues with the subfloor so the job got delayed on our end, but they were very accommodating and we finally got our floor done, and it looks great! The installers were very professional and friendly and finished the job in the time we expected them to take. I think the bathroom is now my favourite room in the house! Special thanks to Stefan for all your help!
