Fountain Tire

This place is great! I was a tourist in the great city of Winnipeg and got a flat tire. I was able to drop in without an appointment and they got me fixed up within about 45 minutes. The customer service was the best I’ve ever had in a repair shop. The price was also very reasonable. They exceeded my expectations in every way! Thanks for help!

Fantastic service. They fixed my car’s brakes the same day and for literally half the price another shop gave me.I received a very thorough report on my car’s condition half an hour after I dropped it off here. Joe was very helpful and answered all of my questions in a very friendly and professional manner.I’ve had various experiences with car services before and this is the only place I know I’ll come back to.

Joe was able to squeeze me in, same day, without an appointment after I had an unfortunate encounter with a pothole. I knew my rim was mangled and a lot of other places probably would’ve tried to sell me a new one, but they were able to fix it for a very fair price. You get good, honest service here and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Joe and Megan were amazing! I called in to ask a few questions and it was Megan who took my call and set me up with a quote. She then was able to get my vehicle in the same day. Once in the office I spoke with Joe and he proceeded all the paperwork. He even was very clear in explaining everything to me (my aliment reading the rebate). Over all this was a great experience. Meagan is amazing, she was able to help me quickly and answered all my questions and concerns regarding my winter tires . Going out of her way to figure out financing for me. After moving here from BC, she made this an easy experience. I highly recommend this location. Thanks again!

Really great service. I called last minute for a flat and Angelo fit us in and repaired the tire quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Not recommended for vehicle inspections. Poor customer service.Not good to work with in a time-sensitive situation.They wasted over a week of my time while I waited to get a quote from them - which I never got despite asking twice. They also misinformed me on some issues with the car which were not actually issues; they were just not familiar with my make and model.Update: If you see their reply below you will see that they intended to reach out - this is just to try and make it look like they care. I sent them an email and they never responded. I believe the line about not being in their database is also a tactic to try to discredit negative reviews (it seems to be their standard response if you look at previous reviews). I am definitely in their database as at the shop they could pull up my record from 5+ years ago on a different vehicle from another province.This company is not worth dealing with.
