Great selection of books, DvDs, Audio books, etc...for short or long term rental. Staff are knowledgeable and usually friendly. Book, etc return is simple and well lit. Take advantage of the e-mail reminder service when your books (or whatever) are due...it will save you money on late fees. Parking lot a bit small, but adequate.

Our first visit back since the closure due to covid. We were met at the door by a enthusiastic worker, who gave us the lowdown of the library way of doing things nowadays! It wasn't busy at all this Tuesday afternoon. Everyone was very accommodating and eager to help anyway they can. We miss our visits to our library! Thank you for our short but much needed visit!

I called 4 minutes before they closed on a Friday with little expectation that anyone would care about my books on hold. To my surprise they got my books ready and we’re waiting for me when I got there. GREAT SERVICE!Thank-you!

A really nice place with peaceful environment

I picked up bed bugs from the library. I got a lot of bites on my arms and legs. Tried everything but I still haven't been able to get rid of them. Feeling desperate now! May I ask how often do you clean the library including study rooms? I noticed that the cleaner did not clean the study rooms during the weekend. Please correct me if I am wrong

Small, lacking selection of resources. Unimpressed by the results of their summer closure for renovations. Printing is $0.25 PER PAGE. Unacceptable. When I confronted the lady at the front desk about it she said “it’s ten cents cheaper a page across the street at Shoppers, I would recommend going there”. How is this possible when the library is supposed to be an affordable service for tax payers!

Great place to study! The library is clean and organized, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming always!

Here is my honest review;I have visited this library very often and for a long time (at least 3 years) and I am still disgusted with the library service. I HOPE THEY CLOSE DOWN OR SOME OTHER COMPANY TAKES OVER THIS LIBRARY >:(. Right now I am sitting in the children's section disheartened and very very disappointed. Here's why;- The books that the library holds are quite old and boring. They do not have a variety of books in my opinion compared to Queens square and Hespler Library- Second of all, the staff of the library are very rude and racist towards brown people, muslims, and the lgtbq community. They are also very rude to the st.bennedict students that simply wanted to study at this library.I am a person who has a brown race and I do not feel welcome at this library. Every time I come here , the librarians always roll their eyes at me and never say hello. This is because they think I am annoying." Also whenever I ask for help

Great help from the librarians as I had not physically used the library in over three years, I was a little rusty on finding things.

Quiet enough to help you concentrate on your homework or reading.
