Hey all, I ordered a window screen from the Burnaby location. I received a telephone call that my order is ready. I come to pick it up. However, nobody was at the shop.

Long time ago, I had Bruce installed windows' screens at my parents' apartment. Very thoughtful service and had the job done professionally. Never have an issue with those screens for years.Recently, need a new sets of blinds for a high ceilings at my places and they now a much bigger size company. Again a satisfying job and happy experience. Showed up sharp on time for both measuring and installation. The lady at office Viki was very helpful give me a wide range of alternatives. Me and my wife end up with the Silhouette an are very happy about the result. Will definitely recommend.

Saw them on a craigslist ad they Are “having a crazy window screen sale” so I went ahead and called them to see if I can have about 4 window screens made. Right off the phone she said standard price is $60 and French doors are $900 for a retracting screen since it needs 2. I declined the French and said i’ll Buy the 4 if they can come and measure. I then asked what the “crazy window prices were” and she said that it’s free of charge to come visit and measure?? I said don’t you have to do that anyways? So she then says someone will come by and so true 2hrs later she called and said a tech was coming but she needed a credit card in order for her to come???? I was a bit puzzled as I already offered to buy it if it’s $60x4 and there’s absolutely no “crazy sale” but a crazy person like me to agree on that crazy high price. Anyways I didn’t give her my credit card and they declined to come measure.. to bad.. you lost a sale!

Saw their ads on Craigslist. The office lady was very professional in answering my questions. The measurement guy came on time and was well prepared for COVID-19 (Mask, gloves and shoe covers). Good attitude from Bruce and his employees who came to install the blinds and window screens. Very professional. Highly recommended.
