We are very happy with our purchase. We received attentive and knowledgeable service. We did not feel rushed or pushed in any specific direction. We were able to make a decision on a well priced mattress that works for us. The set up was accomplished quickly, the delivery staff were pleasant and efficient!

When my bed got delivered, they said they couldn't get it up the stairs and could not take it though my friend's apartment to get to mine. Update: They wanted me to pay $300 more for a split platform. ScamCountry Canada - No Better Scammer's anywhere else.

Bought a new mattress and after about 2 weeks noticed a pocket without proper support in it. Contacted the store manager to arrange a exchange or refund but what they don't tell you is their trucks won't take them back for you even if during the 30 day window with protectors and everything purchased at the store. I only having a car and not having access to anyone with a truck. I can't return the mattress and am stuck with a mattress that breaks my back. I'll never shop here again. Save your money and buy a flea market mattress.

We needed to purchase a new mattress During the covid lock down , we spoke several times to a sleep country representative and after asking a lot of questions about our sleep patterns a mattress was suggested . I was apprehensive to purchasing a mattress without trying it out first so I waited until the store could open . Once it did we were shown the mattress that was suggested and BINGO it was bang on . We have had the mattress for a few weeks now and we couldn’t be happier , we took delivery a week later and they removed our old mattress set for a small fee .I would defiantly recommend sleep country for the positive and professional service and for quality of product .

I bought a pillow set from sleep country and wound up returning it a few days later, I was informed that I was unable to get my money returned to me via my debit card (which was what I used to purchase the pillows). Staff informed me that the return had to be processed via their main office accounting department and I will receive a cheque for said amount in the mail in roughly 5 business days. Its been over a month since I returned my item and yet still no cheque. I have contacted head office and no ones been able to assist me, track my return or give me any information whatsoever. This has been an absolute nightmare working with Sleep Country. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Thanks for stealing my money.

Simon was very helpful and informative about the type of mattress that would best suit our needs. We are now into our 3rd week with the new mattress and still not 100% convinced this is the one for us. WIll give it another week - 10 days and make a decision then.

Generally the staff was as would be expected at a mattress sales outlet.My strong recommendation is do your homework and price shop, the general feeling at this location when following up post sales issues and service was that of a used car lot..Very poor (at best correspondence) phone calls not returned and none of the staff take ownership but to refer you to the sales person that sold you your item.I would not return.

Sales rep was friendly and helpful. When the bed was delivered, they refused to take the old bed away. The deal was, buy a bed with delivery and they will take your old bed for a $15 charge. Unfortunately, the delivery men would not do this. The thing that makes this worse is, the bed was delivered to my mom, who is 70 years old and lives alone. Who does this to a senior? Very sad.

I went with my husband to look at King mattresses. There were 3 customers and 3 employees. It took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge we had entered the store. Finally an employee said he would help us shortly, but after waiting 20 mins no one came. Then another couple walked in and were helped immediately. We stayed in the store half an hour and eventually walked out, as two employees watched and said nothing....they will not be getting our business!

The company was very helpful, both in person and on the telephone, especially during lockdowns. I purchased a mattress and waited till the restrictions were lifted before I had my mattress delivered. Beauty Rest is very comfortable. I have never been comfortable sleeping on my back without a pillow, but I can do so on my new mattress. Thank you so much.
