Isabel was an amazing chef! she created a delicious 5 course meal that was all inspired by the terroir of Quebec for me and my group of 10 friends. She was prompt, friendly, professional and clean. Amazing service and would recommend 10/10. the braised bison short rib with blueberry wine was out of this world good. A must have.

Une très bonne expérience avec notre cheffe Isabel. C’était une très belle découverte, elle a su nous surprendre avec des bouchées végétariennes succulentes, des fruits de mers variés et beaucoup de produits locaux.Elle connaît les maraîchers et fermiers d’où viennent tout ce qu’elle achète et sélectionne avec soin. Tout le monde a été impressionné, les plats étaient extraordinaires et le service impeccable ( malgré les intolérances alimentaires et les nombreux enfants).Une petite pépite, que je recommande et que je rappellerai sans hésiter lors de nos prochains événements! Merci pour le bon moment!

Fine dining that supports Quebec chefs and farmersAt the Terra Perma sugar shack this year, we got to enjoy the most innovative vegetarian meal I've ever had (she also did an omnivore version), made entirely with locally grown or foraged foods. notre repas de noces, un pur délice. ci-dessous le plat principal longe de cerf rôti, purée de panais, pommes de terre et bruxelles au four, oignon grillé et son jus au porta. un repas exceptionnel pour une occasion unique. La mousse de courge pralinée et son biscuit renversant!!!!!!!merci Isabel

I don't know where to start. I think everyone should order from this incredibly talented chef just to experience a meal that brings both comfort, and satisfaction. I saw Farm's Table's ad on a facebook group, and decided to give it a try. Lo and behold, a personal delivery from the chef herself, and food that make this confinement a lot more bearable. I've craved fine dining for a while, and this was just so delicious, it made our evening feel the closest we've felt to fine dining in a long time. Thank you Isabel, for providing such a delicious meal at such a great price. We can feel the passion you have for your craft. My compliments to the chef.

Isabel est une magicienne! Nous avons eu un repas fantastique lors de la Cabane à sucre gourmet chez Terra Perma. Une expérience non seulement délicieuse, aux saveurs inattendues, mais aussi informative: nous avons découvert les produits de plusieurs producteurs de la région (de la fleur de sel du fleuve St-Laurent? Qui l’aurait cru!). Merci Isabel d’avoir partagé avec nous ton enthousiasme et ton talent!

This was out second time with Chef Isabel and what a magnificent experience! I can't tell you how wonderful it is to see this magnificent food, presented on our own plates.We'v had both the 5 course and 7 course services. Both were fantastic. If you are looking for a romantic couples dinner at home, or are entertaining friends, look no further!

Un merci bien senti à Isabel qui, pour les 30 ans de mon fils en temps de pandémie, a offert une expérience culinaire gastronomique qu'il a qualifiée de mémorable. Cette soirée a comblé nos attentes par la qualité des produits présentés et par la gentillesse et l'unicité de cette jeune cheffe! Elle reviendra chez nous, assurément! Merci Isabel!
