Shopping at the clothes secret is always such a blast! My mum and I love to stop in when we are in the area. The store always has a great mix of sizes, styles, and luxury to more affordable brands. Most pieces are quite reasonably priced especially compared to other consignment shops I’ve been to, plus they have amazing sales during the year if you’re on a budget! I haven’t had any experience selling my pieces, however I would definitely recommend stopping in to shop as the staff are always very welcoming and warm and provide great service!

A great place to consign and a great place to buy. I've found beautiful designer pieces I've worn for years, and my new Ukrainian friend just bought a gorgeous Canadian parka at a great price!

Staff is wonderful and the layout is easy to shop. The selection seems good but I've been a couple times and only found one thing (I'm a thirty-something usually size M/L with casual and eclectic style taste, for some context). Worth returning though.

I stopped into The Clothes Secret yesterday after having been away for most of the summer; I was in need of a few fall items so I knew exactly where I needed to go. One of the last times I was in the store was in May when I was shopping for something to wear to a casual wedding. Chelsey and Linda stepped in and helped me put together a knock-out outfit. Yesterday while I was in, Chelsea arrived with her sister, and made the time to say hi and to me and ask me how the wedding went she helped me shop for. Also while I was there, Linda was on the hunt for the perfect black jean, and found exactly what I was looking for. When I asked Linda if I could try them on she said 'you're like family Heather, go right ahead' This is the heart of small business, the connection and the relationships small business owners create and nurture. I do feel like family when I shop there, and appreciate all the guidance I get. Thank you Clothes Secret for being my go-to consignment shop. Keep up the good work :)

Best consignment store in the world! A wonderful selection and quality of clothes. There is a great mix of high end and more affordable brands so that you can always find what you’re looking for! If you’re like me and you love to shop but you also worry about the consequences that fast fashion has on the environment, this is the perfect store for you! You will also have more unique items and your bank account will thank you!

I would not recommend this store for consignors.  In my experience for the 2020/2021 fall and winter season, there was a very serious lack of clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process.  For example, I was told by Chelsea that anyone can respond to your email even though it is always signed as Valerie" (the owner?) and I discovered that not all employees have the correct information.  One employee told me to check "myresaleweb.com" for an update on my items

Love it here-great brands in next to perfect condition. Staff is great. Huge selection. Never know what treasure u may find!!! Carefully selected collection. Designer brand items in mint condition. Love to spend a couple of hours here on a Saturday❤️❤️❤️

My consigning experience made easy and fun, every time. Such an easy and remarkable process. Everyone is so very friendly and helpful. The store is adorable and has a huge selection and variety of styles, sizes and trends.
