Absolutely Shocking. Cheated on gas said it was 1/2 full, 100yrd down the road saw it was quarter full so took time and dated photo. Call them as soon as I got back to my office in Brentwood. They said they would look at it but when returned they still charge. Called them and they said take up up with your credit card company. Thieves and rude lady when we did pick up as well.

Local staff in Sidney BC was very helpful. The truck we rented was new and drove beautifully. Charges were as stated.Only issue was getting through on the central phone number for UHaul USA/Canada to do the initial booking.

We had outstanding service from Patty (manager) and Alexa at this location. I hope I have their names right. We had a bit of an emergency and they were so helpful with a last minute truck rental to help us through the situation. We are so grateful to them for their superior level of service.

As storage places go this is an excellent facility. It is clean and very well maintained. The people who work here are friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful. I have dealt with them for several years now and can say that I haven't had a single negative experience whether it be the rental of my locker or renting a van or truck.

Sonja was amazing helping get my truck rental and some unique logistics sorted out. I've not had the best luck at other locations in the Victoria area as of late, but this one was superb. She opened early, was eager to help me, and provided stellar friendly service every step of the way. I highly recommend working with this team for your moving and storage needs!

Absolutely great service. I was very happy with U-Haul at this location. Their storage facility I rented was extremely clean and the employees were very helpful and the security was the best I've seen. I definitely plan on using them more often in the future. Top notch
