Adam responded quickly, he showed up on time. Our electric hot water tank had to be replaced and Adam came at 2:00 for quote which we agreed upon. He had ordered the new tank prior to his arrival. Adam removed the old tank to allow us to clean up the area and returned a little over an hour later to install the new tank. We had a new tank by 5:00 pm. Very efficient.
