My last bad experience with another carpet cleaning company is now faded by Dazzle! Got a quick response and quote and appointment from Stephanie,reconfirmed 24 hours before and the guy ( Aaron) showed up on time. He did a wonderful cleaning.He was helpful and acted professionally. Defenetlly recommended Specially if you're fastidious!

Don't hesitate - just book with Dazzle! I found them on Google and decided to trust the zillions of excellent reviews, and I'm SO glad I did. I have pure wool high-end carpets and area rugs, and I also have 3 cats... which isn't always the best combination. But Dazzle got my carpets back to basically brand-new. I was astonished. They also cleaned the upholstery on my basement couch and cleaned all four mattresses in my bedrooms upstairs. My house feels AMAZING now, super clean and sanitized.Plus, Dazzle has been so kind and accommodating every step of the way. They email back promptly, and the team on the day was just unbelievably lovely and friendly and efficient. And then they called a couple days later to follow up and make sure I was happy!I was also THRILLED to discover, after talking to them, that they pay all of their techs - even the ones just starting out - a living wage for Vancouver, and provide all of their staff with fully-paid extended health benefits. It's really important to me to do business with ethical companies who treat their staff well and pay them a sufficient wage, and I'm really happy to say that Dazzle does that.So, in conclusion: this company does an excellent job at a competitive price, provides top-notch customer service, and treats their staff ethically. I've already set up a recurring appointment with them every 6 months and will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I have used them a few times in the past. The technicians are knowledge and friendly, and the price is reasonable. Most importantly, they do a great job of cleaning your carpet.Highly recommended

Honestly when I called I was a basket case my dog had been really ill and I wanted to make the place sanitary again. Stephanie was really helpful they adapted super well and were incredibly professional. Lol I never thought about it much before this but I'll probably get my carpets steam cleaned more often now.

This was my first time with Dazzle, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Rob was very professional and took great care with the cleaning. The carpets haven't been cleaned in couple of decades (not recommended!), now they look and feel fresh! I am glad there are still businesses out there like Dazzle who take pride in their work and really take care of their customers.

The team at Dazzle Carpet cleaning saved my carpets after a pet disaster! They were great throughout the whole process. I really appreciate Stephanie taking the time to hear all the details about how I had tried to treat the stains and sharing her knowledge. Rob the carpet cleaning technician was very friendly, greeted the dogs (who caused the stains) and even offered some tips of how to handle future stains. I also appreciated the great communication the team had overall. Stephanie gave me a 2 hour arrival window, as Rob got closer, Stephanie sent a text message. A few days after the service, Stephanie checked in with me to make sure everything went well too. Overall a great experience and I couldn't be happier!

I contacted Dazzle about cleaning my 25 year old white carpet which was so stained and dirty I didn't think had a chance. The technician from Dazzle managed to remove most of the dirt and stain out and it once again looks great. I truly didn't think this was possible. On top of the amazing job, everything else was 10/10 in terms of service. Coordinating the cleaning was extremely easy, all of my questions were answered and every single person I dealt with at the company was really friendly and helpful. The initial quote was very reasonable but when the technician came out and reassessed the area that needed to be cleaned he actually re-quoted me a lower rate. Amazing service all around!

Aaron arrived right on time and did a great job completely removing a stain from my carpet. I was sure I’d have to replace the carpet so it was very impressive. Booking was easy - Stephanie was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

This year is the second time I've hired Dazzle carpet cleaning. I have been happy on both occasions. On time arrival, the technician Rob was friendly, professional and gave good advice. He removed stains incurred during puppy house training. Also, there were no last minute upcharges. Invoiced as quoted. Stephanie gave a follow-up phone call to make sure I was happy with service.I would definitely use the company again and recommend them highly.
