Howard was great. Very knowledgeable about the products and a true willingness to help. Not your typical car salesman approach. The vehicule lineup is amazing. Not the prettiest showroom but I rather have dealerships but money on service and people than in bricks and mortar.

Very bad experience. Waiting for a salesman for about 15 minutes. Salesman comes down and takes other customers that had just walked in. Receptionist then comes to ask us to be patient because he took those customers first even though we were there first. It would’ve been easy for them to say to the other customers that we were there first therefore we will be served first. I was ready to purchase a vehicle today, I will be taking my business to genesis Laval. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This is my second Genesis vehicle from Genesis Saint Laurent. My representative Alex Shteinberg who is none other than the Sales Manager himself has been extremely professional, has made the purchasing process easy and smooth. He has always been my liaison for service appointments and any issue that has come up, thankfully there have been very few :)I consider him more than a once every 4 year salesman, and more of a friend.Best experience in my 35 years of leasing cars.Love the GV70 by the way!!
