CIBC Branch with ATM

I went in to CIBC looking for financial advice when I was summoned to see the stunning, extravagant, and devilishly handsome Patrick. He firmly carressed my financial concerns and guided me to the towards a final, erupting financial solution. The look in Patrick's gorgeous blue eyes will forever be imprinted in mind. I think about him at night. I need Patrick.

Been with cibc for a few years now and I wanted to finally get my first credit card so i could travel and use it for hotels. I told this man i had an appointment with, Iv never had a credit card before so what would they suggest. He told me to get this card so I did. Months later go by and I got feed $99 which I was never told about this... I told them i dont know much about credit cards so how would I know?Long story short I had to pay and get a new credit card:( ...

Hi there! I'm writing this review for the CIBC branch at Bank and Queen in Ottawa. I want to say that Kim, Ke, and Rifa all went above and beyond to help me on Friday, May 19th, 2023. I needed to open an account and I had very little ID due to having my wallet stolen. These 3 wonderful women allowed me to open the account and helped me set up my online banking and my bank card despite it being 4:15 pm on a Friday and they close the branch at 5pm. I'm so grateful and so happy that they helped me that much and I never felt rushed. In fact I felt like they were happy to help me. Thank you ladies!!

I've been banking here for 4 years and the service has never really been great.In my most recent experience, this morning, I went to this branch to withdraw the small amount remaining in the account, and then close it. Should be a simple process, right?Jackie was having some issues with her system which wouldn't allow her to complete these transactions. She was rude, unapologetic, and did not offer any level of customer service.Her system did something that made the account show 1$ less than what was in the account; she then bragged about how she was doing me a favour by giving" me this extra dollar.I asked for confirmation that the account was closed. She couldn't provide any sort of documentation to prove this

The teller talked to me in very condescending way just because of my look. Surprised CIBC has such bad customer service.

Their counter staff have always been helpful and accommodating!

If your looking for an advisor for your business needs Patrick is the man. We chatted for an hour for all of our options. He was so detailed and explained everything fully. He is not pushy at all for any products. Very nice guy who's good at what he does. Would reccomend this branch and Patrick to anyone.

Worst customer care service ever seen in my life. No body receives any call and advisers goes for emergency and won’t come back for weeks. Please do not waste your time and efforts to go there.

I've been banking at this location for over ten years. In the last few months the service has gotten awful. This past week I needed to make an appointment before I left the country and it was time sensitive as I had about a week and a half left in Canada . Since the online booking system was down I had to call. I called four days in a row. No answer and no response to my voice mails. When I got a call I only had two days available to make an appointment only one was left so I took it.The day of the person I was scheduled to meet with was sick, which happens to everyone and is fair. They didn't call me until 10am (I'm sure that the bank knew he was sick earlier than that) and my appointment was at 11:30. There wasn't another time slot available. The woman on the phone said she'd call other locations to find an appointment. She didn't call me back until 45 minutes later (which when your time is limited is long time to be waiting).If you bank with CIBC take your business to another location. The branch at St Laurent helped me immediately after I explained the situation and made me an appointment that day at 11:30 (same time as my original appointment). It's definitely out of the way for me, but they were nothing but helpful.
