Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Tea is a bit watery, but has a good taste still. Their handmade tapioca is really good! It’s too bad that they don’t have a stash of milk tea already made that is chilled—I asked for no ice, but she said it would be hot then, so I guess they pour hot tea over ice. That would explain why it gets diluted. I also would prefer if it was a little creamier.I think out of all the options in Cambridge for bubble tea, this place has the best tapioca!

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
I ordered 5 original bubble (2M, 3S), add sugar @5:45pm. Got order @6pm. I grabbed the tray and went home. At home, I just noticed no pearl???? I tried to call to complain as I cannot bring it back because have to go to work. They connected me to their extension, it rang, then directed me to voicemail. But then, voicemail responded no space for new voicemail...Can I bring it back the next day? LOLNow, who will enjoy bubble tea without pearl?

When I visited this location, I had a strawberry banana smoothie with strawberry boba. The sugar content was exactly what I wanted, and it was very good all around. It was very appealing.There were many options of juices, smoothies, etc. The experience was definitely worth it.

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
We ordered 9 bubble tea’s to enjoy the drink. However the chocolate drink was fine but the other like the mango diamond slush had raw and sour mango chunks. Even the boba weren’t fresh and had the raw chunks which was chewy. The chunks even had fibres coming out. This was just 1 I mean just make it right. We hope you make it better.At last I would like to get my refund for 9 bubble tea’s.

Worst Bubble Tea Experience. This location does not serve at least the House special Mango diamond Slush or Mango-pineapple slush to their standards.The slush was like a Juice. Thinnest i ever had. Tasted sour, with less amount of mango chunks (even when selected & paid for extra mango chunks).I shared experience with my other friends, they said they had the same experience of quantity of ingredients not being enough, mango diamond slush being watery.Franchise locations should prepare & serve food as per franchise standards. Seems like owner wants to save some $$$ out of every cup by slashing the amount of ingredients.1 slush order look ~15 minutes. With location being busy & just 2 total guys (1 trainee) working there. And, staff should be welcoming to people & They are not for sure.Will not let any of my friends or family to have bad experience by coming to this location.

Ordered large in house special mango slush with extra mangoes.Mangoes they were using are frozen not fresh cut and it was too much sour tasteHad mango slush in many places this was the worst

Best Real fruit location in KWC. Staff members are so helpful. They helped me with my order and it was extremely good experience. Also they made drinks with proper instructions which I provided and drinks were so good with perfect consistency and the took very little time to made all drinks. Great and amazing experience.
