I recently attended Sugar of the Nile class on August 24 and 25. My instructor was Sandy whom was absolutely wonderful! She had many years experience with sugar and her techniques were one of a kind. The knowledge she had was excellent. She taught me things I didn't learn in aesthetic school. Her advice was amazing as well. She made sure that my technique was on point. She got me to stop my bad waxing habits and always reminded me to PUT MY HAND DOWN! If you are interested in sugaring, I strongly recommend this class. Please remember you get what you pay for and this class was at the top! Sandy is amazing!

I bought a barbicide from this place, and let me just tell you something STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND who knows maybe other products may be defective. I’m not allowed to put any of the liquid inside the barbicide glass bottle because it will leak from the bottom. It had ruined brand new dressers and also sheets. I called the place and the owner all she said was bringing it in but it won’t fixed the damages at my place.

Fernandas used to be my go-to for aesthetic supplies. Today I was in store and received great service from the ladies on the showroom floor- I had a few things to purchase and something waiting for me at the front. When I was ready to purchase- there were 2 other customers ahead of me at the checkout conversing with the employee about certain serums and color combinations (with nothing ready to actually purchase). All 3 ladies (2 customers and employee behind desk) looked at me and saw that I was waiting with things ready to purchase- yet proceeded to have a personal conversation about what color combinations to use for certain clients. The employee did not even acknowledge me to offer any assistance or say they will be right with me. There were many free employees that could have been called on to complete my transaction, while the employee helped the customers asking questions. After waiting and being ignored, I left the store without purchasing anything. I am a business owner my self and would never even think of treating customers in such a way. All customers are important and that should be fundamental in the service industry. Fernandas was my go-to. But I will be shopping elsewhere. Quite an upsetting experience.

Not welcoming staff. Product line they have is just ok, not much variety to chose from. Very rude customer service. Most of the product has pumping issue from the bottle.and when it comes to return the productThen no one will help you. They will blame u , on the contrary!!

I have been a loyal customer of Fernanda’s for over 5 years now. I was extremely fortunate to have discovered this hidden gem through training that was being held here. I have used a variety of other suppliers in the past but the exceptional customer service and attention to detail is like no other and beyond measurable at this location. Time and time again I have been blown away by the in-depth knowledge from staff and the highest quality of in store supplies. My absolute favourite aspect is that if I haven’t worked with a specific brand or are looking to try something new for my business - I know that I can trust Fernanda’s to branch out as I understand they only stock the highest quality supplies. If you run a business and haven’t shopped here - definitely consider making the switch. You won’t be disappointed. They truly know how to run a business proficiently. I just completed the sugaring course at Fernanda’s. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I could not have asked for a better teacher! Sandy is so passionate about her trade and teaching it to others and it comes through right away. She was SO kind and supportive and really went above and beyond to ensure that everyone got the correct sugaring technique down. She also taught us many tips and tricks, which she’s learned from her numerous years of experience, that I’m not so sure one would learn from alternate sugaring courses. The staff at Fernanda’s were kind and helpful as well.
