Unleashed Dog Training

Hannah is fantastic. She spent time with our retired sled dog. She listened to what we were looking for, ensuring that our expectations were in line with reality, and then gave us practical ways to approach our pup as she's still new to being in a home after 6 years of working.I cannot recommend her enough!

Working with Hannah was a great experience! We adopted our dog (Flo) and she was so nervous. Hannah helped us feel reassured that we were doing the right things to give her comfort, and make her feel safe in our home.But when it came to going outside and taking Flo on walks it was another story - she was hesitant to leave our home, usually had her tail between her legs, always wanted to run back inside right away, and would put on the brakes or shake when we tried to show her somewhere new. In one session Hannah had her going on a walk to the park across the street! We were amazed at the difference one session made, and now we can walk her anywhere.When Flo started to get leash reactive around dogs and people, we didn't hesitate to ask Hannah for more help. She taught us about how setting up boundaries and looking at body language could help us - we have already seen a difference in just a week by implementing what Hannah asked us to do!Hannah is our number one call for when we have questions or need help with other dog behaviours. With continuing to use the skills Hannah taught us, Flo loves going on walks, and she holds her head and tail up high! We can't wait to see what is next with continued training and Hannah's help!

I would highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a dog trainer. She truly loves dogs and helping them to succeed. I love her humane, science-based approach to training. And as owners of a reactive dog, she has been so encouraging towards us. Watching our pup improve with her help has been such a relief!

Hannah is amazing! We had Hannah help with our reactive (leash & door reactive) wheaten poodle mix who was a rescue. We couldn’t imagine a walk where he wasn’t reactive, or him being fine to guests coming in/out of the house. After 1 session with Hannah we saw so many improvements, and after 3 sessions we feel so equipped to set Naka up for success. I totally recommend Hannah for everything your dog needs to work on, and I’ve referred her to my friends & will be starting sessions with her for our other dog!
