This should be the last place for renting u- haul truck if anyone wishes. I booked my truck at 7:00am and nobody was there, at 10:00 am they said they do not have any truck now. Completely ruined my moving plans.Very poor customer service!I wish there is zero star to give them!

I wish there was an option for zero star. Worst customer service. The lady on the phone is very rude and have zero knowledge about the size or even availability. Called them 3 days in a row for reservation but she was too busy making Pizza for Dawood pizza location. My recommendations find someone better which is atleast worth your time.

They called me in the morning of the reservation and saying they don’t have a truck i booked. What a joke.The lady on the phone was so rude.She didn’t even say sorry.I don’t know why she is there when she doesn’t want to work.
