Great service and nice store. However, expected more from the grooming package, especially since I have purchased the higher package. Next time will stick to the basic package as they will do the exact same service to my dog with the basic or higher packages.

I use PetSmart for all my pet needs,the staff at this location are absolutely great. Today I met an employee by the name of Julia, her knowledge of the fish and products is mind blowing she definitely knows her stuff. Her passion for her work really shows and it was such a pleasure to meet her today. Thank you Julia your amazing, you made my son's birthday the best.

I have been taking my 4 Shih Tzu/ Shih Tzu mixes to Petsmart for a couple of yrs now for their grooming and I will never take them anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are so loving and kind to my munchkins which makes it so easy to leave them there when you can have the trust. My pups groomer is Morgan and she is just the best. Love her!! Just two of my girls that Morgan does an awesome job of grooming

Good place for all your pet needs in the Bolton/Caledon area.Where they lack in size they make up for with awesome staff. Super knowledgeable and helpful! Will definitely be back at this location

Good store. Decent prices. Fish section is a little weird but that is pet smart for you.Also seem to always have the aquatic plants situated wrong (java fern planted under soil instead of attached to rock or wood.)Other than that seems like a good place

All in all its fine. Great workers, can find most of the needed stuff, I just hate how the animals are kept, in their small cases it makes me sad/mad especially the betta fish.

I had a lovely experience today around 3 pm today with a woman who helped me with the errors I made engraving my dogs new name tag. I had assured her I used the machine before and still got it wrong and she went above and beyond helping me get the correct tag. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name but I so appreciated your help and patience today! Thank you!
