Dr. Kathryn is an amazing acupuncturist. My daughter and I have been going to her for almost a year. I am terrified of needles and her lighthearted joking put me at ease. My daughter has really bad anxiety and the way Dr. Kathryn makes her feel safe and comfortable is nothing short of amazing. She truly cares about her patients and shows that with how intently she listens to you. She is one of those people that makes you feel like youve known her for years. I absolutely love her bedside manner. My daughter and I both feel so much better after a session with her. She truly is a miracle worker. I can't say enough good things about her. I highly recommended if you need to see an acupuncturist, you book with her. She is amazing!!!

My husband and I were in a t-bone car accident last week. My husband wanted to try acupuncture for his healing and I was hesitant as I have a fear of needles. We decided that he would book and I would watch his session to ease my fear. We were booked with Dr. Kathryn Kurash.Upon starting the treatment, we told her our situation and she started off by making the whole session sound terrifying and painful. Using phrases like “I am going to torture you”. She was obviously joking but it didn’t help me feel any better about it.The end of the session is when her joking went too far. She said “you’re still scared hey?” Looked at my husband and said “she’s such a baby…what a piece of work”.It was disheartening as I was genuinely hoping to feel at ease about acupuncture but instead left feeling more scared and honestly very offended. This is not the treatment you expect after already being through a traumatic car accident.*the front desk lady was very kind and apologetic, she said she would never be placing us with her again if we did decide to come back and that she overheard some of the inappropriate comments said herself. She even gave me a hug seeing how upset I was.

My first time getting acupuncture and was sceptical but wow! I feel amazing just after my first visit! She was thorough in going through my medical history and applying that to what I need done. I had no idea how much acupuncture could help my medical conditions. Highly recommend so far!

Sofia Pan was an excellent masseuse. She did a great job reliveing all the tense and strain I had bundled up over several sports. She really took her time to get into those deep tissues and made sure the experience was really comfortable and to the level I wanted it. She contantly checked in to ensure if i wanted to change something and overall was such a great person to have my massage done by. Would a 100% recommend her.

Dr. Kathryn is nothing less than a miracle worker. My first encounter with her I had been seeing a chiropractor for weeks, 3+ times a week. I walked in bent over and in so much pain. Walked out standing straight, hardly believing how great I felt.I absolutely LOVE her bedside manner. It’s clear she cares deeply for her patients. You can tell she’s listening intently, as she picks up and acts on some of the smallest comments. Her sense of humour lightens the moment and feels like it relieves the severity if even just while there with her.Anyone mentions a health need that is in her zone, I refer them to her. Just as I am now telling whomever is reading this. She’s the one! Book it.

Dr.Kathryn (acupuncture), Dr.Evan (chiro) and Igor (massage) are all magicians! I come in sore and stressed and leave relaxed and pain free. They put so much care and expert knowledge behind their work. Dr.Evan is also amazing with my small children. They love the “popcorn”. I’m so lucky to have found all of them. I highly recommend.
