Finlandia Pharmacy and Natural Health Centre

I’ve been getting my skincare products at Finlandia for years. I have sensitive skin and I appreciated the fact that if I react to a product, I had the option of returning it after using it at home. After visiting the store today, I’m sad to say that I will no longer be buying my skincare products here. Apparently the return policy no longer exists as long as there is a ‘tester’ on display for the product. Anyone with sensitive skin knows that testing a product on your hand while in the store is not the same as taking it home and trying it out properly for a few days. Reactions don’t always happen instantly. They also never have testers to bring home anymore. It’s unfortunate that Finlandia would rather save a buck than take care of their customers. They just lost a long-term client. Happily taking my business elsewhere.

Incredibly poor and slow service. They don’t answer their phone after at least ten tries on many days. It took them weeks to answer their email and they apologized for the delay but when I replied, I’m now waiting another three weeks for them to answer again, so really, what is the point of apologizing?

Awesome sunscreen product I found that I use for my face and neck.It's called ALL GOOD. been using it for a week now and 0 breakouts or allergic reactions on my face and it feels good to apply as it doesn't feel oily..and my skin feels smooth soft and supple when I apply it on my face.All good" mineral sport sunscreen butter stick $12.99 and the rating on an app I use called "think dirty" gives it a clean rating of 3/10.Hopefully in the future Finlandia decides to supply All Good Tinted Mineral SPF 50 + sunscreen butter soon since the clean rating on that is a 0/10.Thank you Finlandia for another good product!Found this outdoor spray to hopefully repel mosquitoes...smells good but I'll see it if really works...I'm using this for my hair and face and neck area..then I'll be using another product to spray my legs that is deet free..so I'll see if whatever I do works out. I'll be testing this tomorrow.9 months agoI like the products but I dont like the online ordering system because they won't get your product in until after the weekend since they have different staff so as far as trying to get a product as quickly as possible its best to walk into the store instead of doing online shopping. ..other than that I do like the quality products they carry here."

Many choices of health supplements and health related products. Bought some lipsticks and they were labeled as edible.Tried the products and very happy about them.

I think this is a little gem of a pharmacy and natural supplements store. The staff is a qualified mix of holistic Nutritionists and other knowledgable staff for a more holistic alternative to the supplements a regular drug store sells.

The stuff at Finlandia are exceptional extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The space is spotless there's always warm tea and they always have their clients in mind. This is Healthcare at its finest there's no better person to look after yourself then yourself and Finlandia

Ordered something online and was able to pick it up at this location very quickly (3 days). I love that they have a variety of products online!The store is a bit confusing as there are 3 different cash register areas, but staff were friendly and helpful in directing me to the right one for pick up!I like their pet section and hope that they continue to stock good products like Nordic Naturals for pets, which is not widely available in Vancouver.

Came here to pick up probiotic 12 and inositol. Very helpful. Now my go-to place for suppliments.There is parking at the back. Before you leave you can ask the front for the passcode for stairwell to the parking.

The best in town!! This is my go-to for herbs, supplements and tinctures. They have great experts always in store to help you out.

I never understood my relation with this pharmacy; I lean more to natural paths & homeopathic medicine, so I believe this is the only reason i visit there, I never like the attitude of their employees towards visible minority customers, but generally expect to recieve very cold and spat-face customer service, seems they are out of products quite often, if you see something online do reserve or call them to chek the real time availability before your visit, online inventory and at the spot availability of products are quiet different things.....so beware.They have underground half an hour free parking.They are high-end price shop and also sell organic makeup and toiletries, but providing a sample of any product is a death sentence to them, so better avoid (or get ready to be avoided).If I'm around in this neighborhood & gotta fetch something urgent, I don't mind visiting. They open 9a.m. to 7 p.m.
