Bought a beautiful 2016 Tiguan from Johnny 1 week ago. 0 Issues and great service. They even gave me a full tank of gas when I picked it up. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy a used or new VW.

What an amazing experience buying a car from these guys. Everyone is so friendly and they work with you. We have been shopping for a car for awhile and this by far was the best dealership we have been to. Such a friendly atmosphere! Johnny was so easy to deal with as a sales rep. Josh and Oliver were amazing in answering all our questions and paperwork. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent car buying experience with Johnny in sales! He is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the VW brand and as well as being a genuinely nice person to work with. And all the staff I met were amazing, Dylan in finance, Ben the technology specialist, Tyler learning the ropes from the best and of course the first person you meet when you enter the dealership, Shirley!I don’t live in St. Catharines and it was worth the drive to buy car from St Catharines VW. It was by far my best experience in buying a car.I love the car choice I made! I absolutely love driving & the 2022 GTI is so much fun!!

MILAN IS AMAZING!! I am always weary of sales people, but Milan is one of a kind. From the beginning to the end, he was always super helpful, friendly, honest and professional. I had a terrible experience with a previous VW location, and this St Catharine's location has completely made up for this. I love my new Jetta, and so happy with my purchase. Milan took the time to help me take off my old license plates, made me feel comfortable and ultimately made the experience seamless. THANK YOU sooo much, Milan for making a difference!!

We purchased an Atlas Execline a week ago and we were very impressed with the service the dealership provided. We received some fantastic deals and their service was unmatchable. Ben Glauser was extremely helpful and professional and gave us all the necessary details about the vehicle. He was simply amazing. Then we met with Josh, who went out of his way to help us with the purchasing of the vehicle. Finally, Oliver did a fantastic job providing us with all the necessary information about the car. All in all, we had a wonderful experience at this dealership and would like to highly recommend them if you are buying a VW.

To begin with, this is the dealership with the worst ever customer service. I booked my car 4 months ago and they told me the vehicle was on the way and will be delivered in 1 month at the time of booking. When they did not meet the said date, I had to reach out asking for an update ideally when it should have been communicated by them. The same thing kept happening and they pushed the delivery date to end of January. And the vehicle I booked for had a major part shortage and the 2023 models have no blind spot monitoring. I was told this by a friend of mine who is expecting the same car from another dealership. These guys did not even inform me of that and sent out an email only after I asked about this. Again, ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!Very rude responses or no responses and no regard for transparency at all.I completely understand that there’s a serious shortage of cars. But, I would like to be informed and well communicated about the status of the vehicle so that I could be more realistic of my expectations.I would NOT recommend this dealership at any cost!
