Great Clips

Cathy did an amazing job with my 4-year-old today. He usually hates getting hair cuts but Cathy made it easy for him - interacted with him, assured him everything was ok, and did a great job. Allowed me to get a haircut at the same time. Thanks Cathy! Daniel and I will definitely be back.

Trim /short hairMy hair was totally hacked and cannot be fixed as it very short.Would like my money back at the very least as I cannot get my hair back.

Every single time my kids got their hair cut over here they need to go back to rectify the bad haircut. When we are at their place for the first time they mess up the haircut and when asked to make it better they tell us to come back as it’s closing time or wait as they have another customer waiting (which is not my problem if they didn’t cut the hair properly even after been given instructions). This has been the story of my every single visit at this site. If I happen to get a good hairstylist who is patient enough then the bad haircut is rectified or just have to stay like that until next visit. This time even after going back I’m not at all satisfied with their service as they couldn’t fix the bad haircut and it’s their birthday coming up which has disappointed me a lot, I was hoping they would fix it but just disappointed now. The cut is terribly uneven, and uneven shaved". I am definitely not hard to please or It’s not even that they have to deal with kids tantrums or hyper active kids

Brought my son (year and a half old) for his first haircut. He was a bit of a handful as I'm sure most kids are but the girl who cut his hair was incredible. Very patient and took its slow. Couldn't have asked for better service. Didn't catch her name but will be back for myself and kids cuts in the future.

My son loves getting his hair cut here! Checking in online avoids any wait with the littles. Lollipops for kids when they are done is smart! Always have a great experience no matter who is cutting his hair since what he gets done is on file. Seamless! Well played great clips.. looking forward to bringing him for years to come!

The staff here are always friendly and quick to serve. Always a nice visit with quick, efficient service.

The staff was incredibly amazing with my 18 month old. It was his first ever haircut & they made it so easy. We are over an hour from Alliston but will definitely be making the trip there when he needs a cut again. I couldn’t thank them enough!

Carmalita is a very lovely person to meet and if asked, will suggest a cut that will suit you and your lifestyle. She’s very knowledgeable and good at what she does for a living. I highly recommend Great Clips at the Smart Centre on Dunham Drive in Alliston fir your next clip!

I have been to a few locations now and the online check-in option is definitely worth it. It's pretty hit or miss depending on time and location when you go, so looking it up on line and having an idea of wait time, and securing a time slot, is really helpful. Having done that, all of my visits have been very smooth and straightforward. The staff at each location has been amazing and I have had no issues at all, even considering how busy it can be, especially with the online check in option. I do recommend Great Clips.

Unskilled and rushed. These ladies working today were nice, but could tell they just wanted to get out of there. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this place. Didn’t think I could have the worst haircut of my life, twice. Don’t know why I keep coming back. Paying $55 for my son and myself to get a cut, seriously feeling ripped off and will never, and I mean never step foot In a great clips again.
