Do NOT bother trying to fix seam tape on a tent fly! I wish they would have just told me it couldn't be fixed, rather than charging me a ton of money for a repair that didn't work.The seam tape that is used to waterproof the seams on my tent fly was disintegrating. I was told that they would fix it by applying new seam tape to it. The very first time I used it after it getting fixed"

A great little mom and pop place that provides quality work.I have used this business several times over the past few years and have had only one issue which was 50% my fault.The other almost dozen experiences were positive and good quality results.I have had tents, tarps, designer jackets, packs and rain gear all repaired here.

This place is great, small old fashioned good service in the middle of a busy city, repaired my ski jacket, and a 45 year old blanket my grandmother made me. Highly recommended!

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The owners are not professional. They often aren’t open during their posted operational hours, and are difficult to reach. I dropped a jacket off to get altered and they did exactly what I asked them not to do, despite the owner reassuring me that they can do what was asked. Unreliable service. When I finally went to pick my jacket up, I paid anyways. They didn’t take card despite having a machine. OK, I give them cash and they then tell me they have no change. I was furious and went to grab change elsewhere because I did not want to overpay by even a few dollars.

They do a good job and turnaround time is good. Not exactly cheap. I paid $80 to have a jacket (goretex) fixed, including getting a pocket stitched and some other parts retaped.

I went there for a zipper fix, the lady there is super nice! After examing the problem, she took actions right away and actually fixed the zipper for me in minutes. Instead of charging us money she actually offered helping for free! I would definitely go there for any clothing repair in the future!

DO NOT GO HERE. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Went to have the zipper on my tent fixed in the summer. They told me I'd have it in time for my camping trip, out of simplicity I paid in full in advance (instead of just the deposit which is half the total cost). I even called a couple days before my trip and was once again ensured my tent would be ready. The morning of no one was there, I waited for over 2 hours and no one ended up opening up shop. I had to go buy a whole new tent that morning... Once I was back from my trip, they told me they hadn't even started on my tent! It still wasn't done. I demanded a refund - so they refunded me in a cheque (had no money in their til and their debit machine was down apparently), and the cheque bounced, so they basically stole my money and didn't even provide me with any service. They are also impossible to get a hold of. The worst experience ever.

4 out of 5 stars for the excellent quality of work in fixing/replacing a zipper. Also Fatima is very pleasant and professional. One star removed because I showed up to pick up my repaired garment during their posted hours of operation but found the store front to be closed which was a little annoying as I then had to come back another day. But overall very pleased with the result!

I walked in with a pretty odd alteration request for a dog collar and the (I assume?) shop owner immediately went into problem solving mode to find a solution. She could tell I'm a little picky haha so she insisted on doing the alteration right away for me so she could show me the steps and I wouldn't have to worry about it. She even ended up lowering the originally agreed upon price because the alteration ended up a bit easier than expected. Overall a very excellent experience!

Super yacht with waterproof exterior cushion covers. Re stitched the zips and lash down points. Was done same day service ( for a premium) very satisfactory results would use again.
