They NEVER pick up the package! EVERY single time I have to call and demand they pick up the items! I will now tell my customers I will not ship Cardinal!!!! I have been calling for 35 min and NO one is there to answer the phone!!!!!!!

Unreliable, if I could give a zero star, I would. Missing packages is very common or get delivered to the wrong address. I don't think anybody works there to receive calls. All their representatives are always busy, or they screw up that much that they can't take all the calls. Find a better courier to avoid frustration.

WORST SHIPPING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH , THE LOST SERVERAL PACKAGES OVER THE COURSE OF THE YEAR ,THEY NEVER HOLD ACCOUNTABLITY FOR THE PACKAGES THEY LOST , THEY WOULD NOT EVEN PAY THE CLAIM FOR THE LOST PACKAGES , I CAN,.T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUISINESS . TO BAD ANOTHER COMPANY CAN'T DO PRE AM DELIVERIES .
