Paul and his team at Roof Centre are some of the best service people in the industry. As a manager in the roofing world, I know that this work can be stressful for all involved. The staff at roof centre do an excellent job of putting you at ease. No matter your knowledge level, they do their best to work through your issues and they have incredible patience for the client. From what I can tell -- its a great place to work with good people and a great place to do business.

All new slow record of loading and poor customer service avoid at all cost.It took over 45 minutes for me to get 12 pieces of material all the while forklifts were buzzing all around with me they really don't care about you. Go somewhere else who will treat you better

Awesome place with fabulous customer service. I have to say.....any one with a negative review clearly has their own issues to work out because you go into this store your welcome with positive attitudes, warm smiling faces and excellent positive people working in a great friendly environment.I highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been getting a wide range of products from them from sliding to soffits to roofing material. Best price around and will bend over backwards to help. Definitely nice when I got 3 or 4 jobs on the go to have these guys making getting and keeping material easier.

Very poor customer service, the front desk employés talks to you as if they are doing you a favor. “Yes what do you want ?” “It’s over there” and good luck asking questions about the products. The reaction you get is “don’t bother me I have better things to do” talk about the hockey pool with other collègues. Had a Very disappointing experience, I am glad I am not doing business with them on a daily basis. Home Depot might be a bit more expensive but the contractors desk is always there togladly help ordering especial products and materials.

Fast, Efficacy in the team they have at Roof Center. Fair prices and always willing to help and answer any questions a home owner would want and need to know for there home. It's an expensive project to do and its always good to know you are getting good durable material and worth the money you are spending. Great experience.
