This B&B is a second home feeling, comfortable clean rooms, breakfast is really a flown blown breakfast (you’ll skip lunch) spend your day exploring Kingston or lounge around the pool, fire pit and soak up the amazing hospitality. Penny and Bill are very accommodating hosts willing to put in the extra mile to give you a good stay. Lots of positives compared to staying at a hotel, including a fantastic homecooked breakfast each day.

Stayed at P&M bed and breakfast very last minute and so glad we did. The hosts were very friendly, room was clean and welcoming. The breakfast was way more then we expecting and way more then we could eat. Don’t second guess about staying here. We will be back

Me and my partner had such a wonderful experience staying at P&M bed and breakfast for three weeks. Penny and Bill go above and beyond to welcome you into their home. Was my first experience staying at B&B and was a little skeptical about about it. I've always stayed at hotels on my travels and wasn't sure what to expect. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by Bill and their friendly dog Igloo we felt very welcomed. Than we were shown around the property which I met their other friendly dog copper and not only do they have a very beautiful front yard but was overly surprised by the back yard oasis which consist of a pool, comfortable sitting area, hammock, fire place, BBQ station and outdoor dining area. We stayed in a king room which was clean and beautifully decorated and had one of the most comfortable bed's I've ever slept in and the pillows were the best( have to try to find the same to purchase and replace mine at home). Penny and Bill made sure we were comfortable with our stay and provided everything we we needed to be. We had many wonderful and fun times with great conversations with Penny and Bill during our three week stay. I'm from Nova Scotia and Penny is from Newfoundland and so couldn't have asked for a better host. I was sad to leave after three weeks they made me feel like family and can't wait to return again so I highly recommend that you book your stay at P&M bed and breakfast when visiting Kingston.

Fantastic breakfast, Fantastic hospitality, super gracious host,will definitely such a lstay there on my next vacation to Kingston. Beautiful backyard, peaceful and quiet neighborhood and only a few minutes from downtown. Was very satisfied with my experience with such a gracious host.

This is the best bed and breakfast I have ever been too. The breakfast was amazing and the hosts were so gracious. What’s the point of staying at a hotel when you can get a 5 star experience here, this will be my go to spot whenever I am in the Kingston area.

This place was so amazing and I felt like I was home great people in Kingston penny. Great women very nice very polite to me and my roommate I will definitely go back to this place again good price big room I felt so comfortable there I give it five stars because that's how good it was thank you guys for taking me I will be back again you guys are great people just think about this place because this place is like such a great location and a beautiful house to live in you got everything you need there I was very happy when I was there thanks Karen.
