Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We ended up using Enterprise for commercial rental purposes! Upon arrival, we were greeted professionally, and although our rental was not ready we were given an explanation as well as an estimated time of arrival. In that time, the manager asked if we wouldn't mind doing paperwork so we could be able to get our rental faster when it arrived! As we filled out paperwork, the manager reached out to the transport employee to get a more accurate estimated arrival time. Upon arrival, the manager made us aware the vehicle was being cleaned and we'd be on our way shortly. The process was fairly painless and the wait actually wasn't long. I had a great experience. Kaleb contacted me the first day to see how the car was working out. Then I had an appointment run late so I was going to be late to my drop off but the were super understanding. A day later I received a call in regards to a scarf they found in the car. It wasn’t mine but what a nice gesture. Very pleased with Kalebs customer service!!

Great company. Good cars easy process

Have rented from enterprise solely up until now. Went to rent a car for a weekend trip for my wife’s birthday and was picking it up. Always payed with a credit card in iowa because they usually waive the 300 dollar security when paying this way. Secured a rental expecting the same here in iowa. This time however in Wisconsin they do not do this no matter what you pay with and it is not stated on any online quotes. This is forcing me to change plans and leave a day later so that I can cover all of the cost. Definitely not happy about this transaction and will contemplate going elsewhere to rent.

I have used Enterprise for years but the Wisconsin Fon Du slack location has been the nicest. Thank you.

Very courteous in store, horrible customer service on the phone. Driving the vehicle home the rear view mirror falls off as well as I can hear a hum/growl coming from the front passenger side wheel. At this time the local store has closed so I call roadside assistance since these are mechanical issues. I spend 20 minutes on the phone being told that I can take it to the next nearest location and swap, 40 miles away. I'm sorry that will not work for me, you rented me this broken vehicle, I did not choose it. As I'm explaining it is not safe to drive, I offered to have a tow truck pick it up, but I still have to drive to the nearest open location to pick up the new one. Still unacceptable as I have plans this day and again I did not choose this vehicle. Next I was offered for an Uber to pick me up, sure that helps making sure I can get there, but still does not solve the problem of my time lost. I finally get the agent to understand and now they will be dropping off a vehicle and picking up the broken one with a tow truck. I agree to these terms. The day goes by and I have not been contacted by anyone and I still have the vehicle. I call customer service again only to be told that there is no record of me calling. You're kidding me, what if I was broken down on the side of the road? I go through the same conversation with this agent and get told how they cannot do delivery. I explain that is not what I was told yesterday. After telling the agent that I would like to speak with a manager, I'm offered the same deal as the day before, pickup and delivery. I'm not given any sort of confirmation number and was told that I would be contacted by the tow company and delivery service if there were any questions, oh and I should basically stay home all day because I need to be here when they arrive. And to top it all off, they cannot guarantee that it will be done today. I'm leaving before the sun comes up tomorrow and you can't even guarantee that I will have a vehicle to drive. Worst experience so far!

Car rental at enterprise was very easy. I rented a minivan for vacation and it was a great experience. I will definitely do it again

If I could give a 0 I would! The road side assistant that I was told I needed to deal with after my husband already talking to them twice, told me they are not customer service and the only thing they can do is have someone call us back. The guy on the phone quickly said his closing statement and then tried to hang up on me. When I told him this was unacceptable I was told there was nothing else that could be done. Clearly not customer service/helpful company at all. Let's see #1. Gave us an unsafe vehicle to drive, #2. Hung up on 2 almost 3 times without the information we needed (i.e. confirmation#s), and #3 still no solution or vehicle to drive that we rented...... great job! Hands down worst experience. This company should be ashamed of their not customer service" help."

I use the rental cars every week for work and drive over 1000 miles each week. The cars are extremely clean and well taken care of. As well as the customer service is superb And I look forward to going in every Monday to pick up another Rent-A-Car
