The compressor on our fridge broke and they not only repaired it, but dealt with the manufacturer to order the part and did their research to determine that the compressor was under an extended warranty through the manufacturer. Communicated with us throughout the process and came and did the repair. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves and definitely were reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional. Everyone from the office to the technicians, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Buyer beware with this business. They will tell you your appliance has been repaired when in fact it hasn't. They will also ignore your calls for months. It is a struggle to get any sort of response/resolution from them.

Buddie came and fixed my fridge 1st time for 225$ didnt check to see if what he did even fixed the fridge came back after WHAT HE DID DIDNT DI ANYTHING then charged 327$ and fixed the fridge for 2 days and now its conpletly ruined and out 560$ dint use this guy btw i called him to come check my dishwasher and he practly said since civid i cant get parts and charged 85$ to only test it for under 5 mins and left
