Dairy Queen Grill & Chill
I love ice cream and tend to get it once a week and have had consistent bad experiences here. They take forever to make items even when there is no line. They constantly talk over me when trying to order to the point I only order 1 item as I can't complete my order without being talked over. It's very frustrating and has caused me leaving annoyed often.

This DQ had really great staff. The young girl was doing so much at once I was rather impressed. I honestly think staff should be paid more considering how many tasks they handle and never drop the ball.She was friendly, attententive and quick. I might've been slow getting my order across but she didn't pressure me.Food was tasty and made how I requested. The venue was tidy and well kept. I didn't have to wait long in line or for the food to be made.Great venue to get a meal while passing through.

Burger was fresh and juicy but not greasy, veggies were all crisp and fresh. Poutine had great gravy coverage and all the cheese curds were melted, blizzard was generous with toppings, great customer service !! The best Dairy Queen I’ve ever visited hands down.

We stopped here for some treat in our way to Osoyoos in a very hot day. Ice cream and Blizzards were good and served as it should be. My only issue was the lady cashier looks was tired and to answer our question regards to the size of the Blizzards was a bit impatient.There was a free parking lot, drive thru and patio beside the spacious inside.

On a recent visit, we saw that there was no dine in due to staff shortages. We went through the drive-thru and the woman was so kind. I think it may have been the owner, but not sure. She apologized for the wait (which wasn't very long) and was just the nicest person. The food was hot and delicious. We are fortunate to have such a great fast food place in Princeton.

Mushroom burger was amazing but the pretzel sticks were stale and the queso sauce that came with It was still refrigerator cold. Honey chicken was good as well.

Very disappointed with this Dairy Queen as it said it closed at 9pm and we got to the drive thru at 850pm to find out they closed 10 minutes early. Three cars were in line to go there, which means they lost business from at least 3 customers. When you say you’re open til 9pm, then be open til 9pm. Very disappointment and will not recommend.

Waited about 30 mins to order. Got chicken strips like 10 mins later, then another 10 for blizzard. The chicken strips are super dry. All this couldve been better if more employees were scheduled for fathers day weekend, instead of just like 3 people running back and forth. Please plan schedules better, especially for foreseeable busy weekends like fathers day.

Unfortunately you cannot get fountain pop because of the water issue going on but otherwise it was good food and good service. Thank you. The Flame Thrower Burger is always excellent.
