Great staff. Every time I come to that store staff always friendly and helpful. I live overseas and make a point when I am back in Guelph to buy all my Whey etc. at this store. Best spot in Guelph!

I’m new to this lifestyle change & the gentleman (I think his name was Nathan) helped me tremendously. He was funny, patient with my deciding and so helpful. He let me test a few flavours for me to pick a protein mix I won’t get tired of (and one for my picking next time I go in) he helped me mix and match protein bars and gave me a lot of info with what I needed in regards to low calorie and high protein. I felt confident leaving the store and am enjoying my shake in my new Popeyes shaker cup as I type this. Rocky road is delicious and I will return to the store again !Thanks again buddy.
