Got a snowblower from them, no hassle, just great people to deal with. I haven't tried their service department yet, but the equipment sales experience could not have been better.

Bought used pressure washer, the guys working are cool and explain everything about the equipment you buy. Came back to get trimmer, will definitely come back for more. 10/10 would recommend

Truly an amazing experience. I needed a part for an air compressor and was directed to A 1 Small Engine. I called them and the folks went over and beyoind to connect me directly to the Distributor to a specific extension. Within the minutes, the parts were ordered and will arrive within 1 day.Very pleasant and no hassle. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Had the part I needed when literally no other Husqvarna dealer in the GTA did. The lady I spoke to over the phone physically made sure she had the part in-hand (without me even asking) before letting me know I could pick it up. Excellent service! Their showroom has some very nice machines (both gas and battery powered) on display to boot.

On Wednesday June 1st 2022, I visited the shop with with my grass edge trimmer. I didn't know how tread the cutter correctly. Within a few minutes I learned 'how to'. Dave, the manager, treated me as a valid customer. I left the building Smiling. I highly recommend the service to everyone who are looking for a Lawn mower, edge trimmer, repair to snow equipment or new.They will gladly help..

Excellent people to deal with! I needed to special order a part for my lawnmower and they were quick, responsive, and when the part arrived they stayed open past closing time so I could pick it up before the long weekend. Definitely recommended!

Took my shop vac which was under warranty for repair to this shop. Repair was done on time and with high quality. They were very responsive during repair and dealings with insurance for replacement part via phone and email. They did go the extra mile also to make me a 100% happy customer which was quite nice. I definitely do referrals and use their services again in the future. Keep up the good work.

A big thank you to the staff at A1 small engines for the fast and friendly service. I took my friends snowblower and it was fixed in a week. Meanwhile im Still waiting on my own snowblower over month at a different place. Highly recommend A1 small engines.
