I would gove zero stairs if I could. Constantly having to call about getting my garbage picked up.

Maybe hire more people to collect garbage and recycling instead of downsizing to the point that it takes them the entire day to cover a tiny area. That, or have cops follow them for easy $250 littering tickets at every stop. Every Thursday I get to clean garbage and recycling off the street (after I collect the bin from the middle of the road).
