This location used to be one of the best across Canada. Since the change in management the service has greatly declined and inventory controls are not great. Wrong items get ordered causing wait times to be longer.Also, I dropped blankets off to be cleaned. Mentioned it was. It a rush as I was away showing. When I get back to pick them up I arrive to an additional $30+ in “storage fees”. After the thousands I have spent with this store over 25+ years this is a shame. I will go back to supporting the small guy.Green how will be an on emergency basis only going forward. Too many other great tack stores to bother with poor service.

What a great place , on a recommendation from my neighbor we went to get a dog coat there.They have a good variety of Coats for all dogs And excellent pricing.The store is pet friendly and the staff is even friendlier.
