If you need skis (downhill/x-country) this store is a must-go. The prices are very reasonable, but the service is exceptional. We bought new skis and did a tune up (sameday) and were super satisfied. Mario, Julien, Julie, L'Oïc served us with speed and knowledge, something you probably will not get at a big box. Highly reccomended.

I bought ski stuff from this store but I had to return them after one day in completely new condition, I called them 3 times but they didn't accept to return and just said that was a final sale and put me on hold and no one told me that is a final sale while I was shopping.

Clothing for snoobie peopme, and aggreesive selling tactics. Asked 5 or six time in a distance of 2 metres and 4 minutes if we needed anything....felt like pigeons at a mcdonalds

I went in to buy ski equipment for my son and myself.Was looking to drop a cool 1K.Wanted to go to the washroom - manager told me that Mazzo Sports is not a Tim Hortons, and I could only go to the washroom if I was going to buy something.This is a great place, if you like horrible service and extremely lazy sales people.Also, picked up my stuff from Sports expert.

Super great service from these guys. I forget that man's name but he really was pleasant threw everything. I'm new to skiing and I really felt like the customer service came first in this place by the way my options were explained to me. I've been to plenty other places not worth the time around Chomedey. If your in Laval just come here do yourself a favor.

Bad experience for me. I came to fix a problem with my older boots and the solution was to buy new ones. They were quick to sell but didn't give advice for the new ones. They sold me wide ski boots and now there are too wide for me. I came back, but they tried to convince me that's what I had before. I double check and it's not true. So to fix my problem, they sold me new boots (high end boots) without taking the time to check if it's fit me well.With wide boots, you don't feel any lack of confort, but you'll feel a problem when skiing.So, don't expect good advice, the only good thing could be to bargain a good price if you know what you want.

Quick and good services, but a bit pushy on sells. Especially if you want quick and pro service my experience was excellent. If you want advices to make budget choice I not sure overI was there for wax and sharpening of one pair of skis and binding buying and installation for another pair. In and out in 15-20 minutes, all done.Choice of binding was extremely limited today (I presume it's 100% normal at that time of the year) but it was okay for my needs... I can't give 4.5 and four star wouldn't be representative of the quality of service so I put 5 ;)

Needed to replace an older set of ski boots. On recommendation of family, and a friend, made Mazzo my first stop. Staff is very knowledgeable, very good at listening to what I was looking for.. size, comfort, and ‘look’. And they interact well with each other to make sure we’re all on the same page. I thought I needed to compare still, and they sensed it. They offered a very good discount, and that sealed the deal. No need to shop further.So if you’re looking for sound advice to your skiing needs, as well as quality ski equipment at great prices, get the personal touch at Mazzo, you won’t be disappointed.
