Someone dropped off a cat to my house completely by surprise. I took her to Lisa's and what a big difference we saw. We had her for a few weeks before we could see Lisa, and those initial weeks, she would hide in the basement and just not come out-for any reason.Fast forward to grooming day...as Lisa was cleaning up the severe mats on her, Lisa did notice that she also had fleas and ear mites. Lisa approached this topic with dignity, professionalism, grace and knowledge. Right away she gave her a flea treatment and mite treatment and advised on the next steps to take to protect her, my house and my family (for fleas and my other animals).Immediately after her groom visit, she (for the first time) ran around my house, probably free from pain and stress of those mats, and finally played with toys and felt more secure and trusting. Now, she won't leave my side. She stole my heart. Thank you Lisa for making her beautiful and I would definitely recommend you to anyone. Five star service.
