I want to share my very positive experience with Titan Tek Biz. My laptop's fan started to make unusual noises yesterday. I e-mailed early on this morning and immediately received an invitation to bring my computer in. I brought my laptop in and for a VERY reasonable price it was fixed within an hour. Compare this experience to the Geek Squad at Best Buy who estimated 30 days for the repair. Who can go without their computer in this day and age for 30 days? I couldn't resist and bought some accessories from them too seeing that they have a lot of essentials products.Count me in as an appreciative and very satisfied customer of Titan Tek Biz.

Haven't use them alot but they deserve a shout out. Awesome knowledgeable & friendly. I mentioned i don't have a computer to update my GPS device. He tried for quite some time.but it refused to update. He deserves a shoutout for his effort. No one else seemed to care and i appreciate his effort. Thx George
