I needed a ride from London to St.Thomas on a wintery Friday night. A driver named Dan was dispatched to pick me up. Dan was very friendly and professional. He was a very safe and experienced driver. He was able to navigate through the snow storm with ease. Dan delivered me to my house safe and sound. Would definitely recommend this taxi service based solely on Dan. Thanks again Dan!

Service was fast, but my cab was old car and smelled badly like tobacco. Also, it cost me $24, and the next day, I took an Uber to go to the same place and just cost me $13.76.

Their drivers have been pleasant but a number of times they have been later than they said they would be and recently I forgot my phone in one of their cars (which I know is my own fault) and they wouldn't just give it to the driver on my return trip so I had to pay over $10 in additional fair for them to stop and pick it up at the office.

Though the rides down the road were expensive, the 2 rides I took were fantastic. First driver was very knowledgeable about the town and was able to answer any questions I had, and the second driver had me laughing the whole way home with his fabulous sense of humour and quick wit. Would definitely recommend, nothing weird happened!

We used the accessible Transportation for my mom, and I accompanied her. Brian was our driver and he was amazing!!! He was very safe and helpful. We will definitely be calling again. Thank you so much. Thank you Brian for being so compassionate with my mom. Much appreciated!:)
