Horrible disgrace of a business left an entire community without service for 5 days .

called for a house visit and got an appointment to rectify internet and tv issues for my elderly mother. Made the appoint weeks in advance to make sure I could be there when the tech arrived. NO SHOW! Instead SHAW tech residing in Belize tried to help me over the phone. Poor service. I recommend Telus.
