Costco Wholesale

Got this cauliflower pizza crust pizza kit yesterday from Kitchener Costco. In All three bags the crust was moldy. I Called store to report it and they said come to store to get the refund and bring the product with me. We came from Woodstock. We already threw away the product as it was bad but I have pictures with me. Expiration date is till September. I Wanted to inform them so they can take of the product from shelf but representative transferred my call to department where no body answered the call. We are Not happy as we can’t drive from Woodstock to Kitchener just to get refund on one item and I can’t keep the product till my next visit as it is not every week we visit Costco.

Costco is always on point, you can get almost everything here. But the hot food is what people really enjoy. You'll see people have lunch even if they don't buy anything else. Inexpensive, it will fill you up. $19.99 for wings or chicken in a bucket. $10.99 for an extra large pizza. $1.50 for regular hotdog or polish sausage with pop. Definitely our go to.:)

Costco is one of my favorite stores to shop at. It has a wide selection of products at great prices, the customer service is always busy but top-notch. The employees are not so much friendly but I feel this is due to the hard works the are doing, the store is always well-organized and clean. Highly recommend!

Costco is a great store with fair prices for quality products, Costco is also socially responsible and pays its employees well compared to other big chain, Staff are always eager to help and they're friendly and happy, all around a great shopping experience.

Always busy! But very friendly staff and despite the crazy lines, they are incredibly efficient. Also, they have self checkout for both the retail AND the cafeteria, which is super fast, so you can get your $1.50 hot dog and drink quick!

I will never return to this location again, terrible service , specially by an employee named Jean. We were waiting in the front , she came to us in a very rude manner. Asked us why we are waiting in the front and that if there is a reason , will never return, terrible experience

I've had the best customer service experience at the Optical department. The employee's are super nice, patient, and very helpful! I will definitely look for Cara and Corey for going above and beyond with excellent customer service when needing sunglasses in the future!

Oh my god i went yesterday here and the 3 women in the food cafe were so rude and ignorant first of all they gave me 3 sundae all of them with half filled ice cream with no berry blend when i asked her can you please add little more berry at-least if not ice cream i was told this is how it’s done. I don’t know what’s the correct measurement but it clearly was a lot less than earlier. In $11 all i got was rude behaviour and an attitude.And it had never happened earlier with me.

The customer service at this particular Costco has gone downhill. Usually a long line to return anything, and when you do, they will not lift a finger to help the situation other than give your money which isn't very convenient when you have a large product that is only missing one part. You have to haul it in, and then go through the purpose process all over again. You would think the exchange experience would be a lot better considering a customer is already frustrated after buying a faulty product. Maybe you could send someone to get the part, or get a new one, and then just do an exchange at the customer service counter.The store always seems to have long lines to pay, and then lines to leave, the food area is too small so navigating around people to get out can be a challenge...
