Just bought my 6th vehicle from Tom Alexander . The 2023 K5 GT Line and the 2023 Sorento.Tom makes the process so easy , fast and smooth . Like every other vehicle I bought from Tom there were no surprises, hick ups or last minute changes. . Tom explained the process in detail and it happened exactly how he projected .I trust and value Toms opinion completely. I’ve been dealing with Tom for a decade now and when Tom moved to KIA I fully trust him when he says he believes in KIAs product .And I’m glad I did because I could not be happier with the new cars .Kurtis who finalized the deal was unbelievable. Absolutely terrible experience. Went there one day and Glen the General Manager was a total jerk to us. Insisting he offered us papers with numbers which he didn't do. Then when I asked him to run the numbers with lower financing rate I knew I would get he said you can do it online yourself. And he left for me to do it myself. I tried to close the deal that day and they wouldn't help finish. So asked when I could come back and made an appointment for 11 am the next day. Walked in the door and they had just sold the car out from under us! I had heard horror stories but now I have seen them first hand. Don't trust them! Don't give Glen the business! Lethbridge was way better!
