When you have a water spill there is not much time to assess your options.Our washing machine on the first floor overflowed and spilled into our finished basement. Water was in the ceiling, walls and on our laminate flooring.We acted quickly and made several calls – to insurance and a few contractors. With the help of video and pics Lemarg Restoration was able to assess our situation and provide suggestions – they recommended dehumidifiers, fans and they recommended not cutting drywall. Once we made the decision to go with Lemarg they arrived at our home in Oakville with the equipment a few hours later. They took moisture measurements and set-up equipment. We left the equipment running for the recommended three days. Lemarg returned and performed measurements to confirm that our moisture levels were brought down in the walls and the laminate flooring. The flooring still cupped but I believe it would have been much worse had we not acted quickly. A few days later an insurance company representative came through to inspect the damage. They suggested that Lemarg had taken the right approach and that the cost was very reasonable for the service they provided.We were very happy with Lemarg Restoration’s professionalism, speed and results. We are more than happy to recommend their services.

Russell and his team did an exceptional job restoring my family’s home. It looks so much better than it did before the fire. He was very communicative by phone and email, and very patient throughout the process. He went above and beyond our expectations and provided us with beautiful upgrades to the home. The coffered ceilings look superb. The pantry provides a much better function than it did before. The feature walls in both the great room and master add so much character to the walls. The master bath is a beauty. He even completed jobs that were out of scope, for example building a shed, we really appreciated that. The team was very helpful when we moved back in, to move furniture, clean various surfaces and items, and helped us to get all our contents back to their original places. The were very flexible around our schedule. We are highly satisfied with the work of his team.

LEMARG went above and beyond our expectations when we experienced a flood and sewage back up in our basement. They are a godsend! The whole team was professional, timely and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I must have called 15 other companies and they were the only one that responded within 24 hours. The entire team, from project management, accounting and clean up crew were very helpful with any questions or concerns. I live in Toronto on Lake Ontario located in the beaches. In April of this year, I experienced a major flood in my home which caused major damage to the main floor and basement. Being close to the water, I have had a few minor floods in the past, however, with a lot more rain fall than usual this year the damages were far worse then it has ever been. My neighbor recommended that I call a different restoration company as I have had problems in the past with other companies. She gave me the number to Lemarg so I called them to see what they could do. Withing 45 minutes there was a team there ready to get to work. The supervisor introduced himself and walked me through everything that they would have to do to save the integrity of my home. I was actually really impressed by his knowledge and the level of respect he had for me and my home. Once I felt comfortable enough, I signed the work authorization and the team got to work. Instantly the had their machines set up and started pumping out all the water. They communicated with each other and with me very clearly and directions were easy to understand and follow.I was extremely satisfied with what I was seeing....... they were all working so quickly and sufficiently, I called my insurance company and explained the situation to them and Lemarg was there to help me every step of the way. It was actually a relief that they were able to speak with my insurance company directly as this helped save me a lot of time and stress from having to deal with it myself.The team did so many tests inside my home such as a moisture reading test, infrared, they collected samples of my floor and carpet from every room affected. I was blown away. I never knew how big of a job this really was and Lemarg showed a great deal of experience and workmanship every single day.The emergency stage was finished so quickly yet everything was done accurately and to perfection. They again worked with my adjuster to ensure I would get the most out of my rebuild which I also hired them to complete.The supervisor and workers walked me through everything and gave me some great options. They were so kind and understanding and took the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had. They gave me feedback regarding what they would recommend and explained everything in great detail.During the rebuild stage, they were able to store my contents at one of their near b y storage facilities so that I could have access to my personal belongings whenever I need them. This alone made such a huge difference.The rebuild went off without a hitch and was finished on time. The finish product exceeded my expectations. I was absolutely amazed with their work and the attention they paid to detail. I could not be happier, what a great outcome for such a bad and frustrating situation.I know now that if ever I have a situation like this again in the future or know anyone who does, I will recommend Lemarg without a thought. We had a flood in our Downtown condo and needed floors to be removed asap. Lemarg restoration did an excellent job !!! They were fast and very professional. They installed new laminate floors and baseboards for us. We also decided to paint the walls with a new colour and they did a great job painting and fixing a huge crack in the wall. All I had to do was to choose a new colour for our floors and the walls. I came home to a new place !!! Thank you Lemarg !! 5 stars experience for sure !!Katie

I live in the Heart of the Beaches just East of Toronto. I had a flood happen in my house early in the morning. I called Lemarg Inc after finding them online and I got amazing service when I called.Within the first hour a crew was on site and working to extract the water and to save what they could of my person belongings. The supervisor was very professional and kept me informed as to what needed to be done. I bumped into Lemarg Restoration online and called their 24/7 line. Ross was very helpful, guiding me and explaining the process I'll need to go through. My washing machine on the main level leaked all over the laundry room and into the basement damaging my flooring, ceiling, laundry cabinets and other finishes. They were fast, Professional and clean. After seeing the way they worked, I got them to also restore my home. They got the work approved by my insurance and here I am today cannot be happier with the end result. What started as a real disaster, thanks to Lemarg turned into nothing but a positive experience. I hired Lemarg Development to build our new shoe store Perfect Pair Shoes in the heart of downtown Vaughan Ontario.The team of experts walked me through the necessary steps to ensure that the store would be built properly and up to code. I had a flood in my basement in June 2018. Never had any home insurance claims before so did not know where to begin from. My plumber recommended Lemarg. I checked the reivews which were great. Made the call and Russell showed up rather quickly. I pretty did not have to worry about anything after. He walked me step by step about my options and how each would play out. His team was excellent, super clean covering all areas, and being more careful then I would probably have been myself with my belongings.I think he was done with the work even a little faster than his base case. The last great thing is, he actually got paid directly by my insurance company so I was never out of pocket.

We had our shingles blown off during the past wind storm and the subsequent rain did a number on our insulation and drywall, we called a few companies all of which promised next day service but no one showed up or even called back, that was until we found Lamarg. They were fast and professional, they came within hours of us reaching out, they removed all the wet insulation and used large blowers and dehumidifiers to dry out water and within a few days reinstalled new insulation in our attic. Lamarg brought in air purifiers throughout the house to clean the air and improve air quality which was a concern for us because we have 2 young children. We dealt with Russell who help us navigate this emergency and he dealt with the insurance directly and really made this nightmare situation an easy fix for us.
