Unfortunately this company owns the right to all Ecoflo septic systems and you are legally obliged to use only them to conduct your annual diagnostic and your municipality will actually enforce it. They do not really care to give any adequate customer service or update unless you call them. Only suggestion I can give is do not install Ecoflo just because of this.

ses une arnaque je suis obliger de faire afaire avec eux et il gonfle la facture sans arret et sasn aucune gene et on peut rien faire contre eux car il on le monopole nachetter jamais une eco-flow ses une vrai arnaque

The monopoly they have over the mandatory annual servicing and maintenance, puts them into a position of power. As a result, the 'analysis' and communication are less than professional. The replacement of the filter media is measured purely in time, with absolutely zero ability to provide an evidence-based assessment (in contravention of their own literature). Expect to hand over several thousand dollars, just because they say so.
