My go-to for all home improvement supplies.They’ve really made an effort to recruit excellent staff that really try to help. Some bad apples during the day still need to be culled, and nighttime staff know very little, but all in all, it is a very good location. Recommended above other big box home improvement stores in the city.

On my recent trip to Home Depot to make a purchase I was approached by Min in the paint department at the London North store and asked if I required help and she helped me in choosing exactly what I needed. My husband was at this location again today for a different purchase and Min helped him find and choose what he was looking for. We are seniors and we appreciated her patience and found her to be very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous to us.

In the plumbing section a wonderful associate Min was her name to help me out. She knew every item and every isle location. I was very impressed her patience and willingness to accommodate my every need. I made a comment of her very positive customer service. Thank you !

This is our closest Home Depot so we go there every so often for something or the other. Huge parking lot, easy to get into and out of, no bottle necks, so very accessible.Only complaint I have with the store exit is that there’s only one exit close to the south end of the store, so if you parked close to north entrance, there’s a bit of annoying walk, especially if there’s a lot of snow or heavy stuff to push, another exit on the other side would be awesome.

My husband and I regularly bump into him (Pleasantly so) whenever we're here. He's very knowledgeable and always goes extra mile to help us out and provides great advice. Went there to pick paint kit to repair our drywall and we were having trouble finding the paint colour. The girl name Jenny from paint department helped us find the colour. She’s amazing at her job very friendly. Keep the good work!

Great selection of product but if you require any assistance you're pretty much on your own. I was looking for some motor oil and I flagged down an employee to assist me. She was immediately dismissive and rude and made it a point to declare this is not my department". I understand this concept but this person had zero customer service skills and made me feel like I was being a complete bother. Instead of politely directing me to another staff member
